15 tph sorting system in China

The plant is designed for pretreatment kitchen wastes for biogas yield and RDF (refuse derived fuel production) with 100 tons per day amount.

The sorting system includes primary shredder, trommel screen, magnet, screw press and conveyors. The separated-out organics are dewatered by screw press, from which the solids are mixing with the RDF sending to the existing WTE (waste to energy) system for burning while the liquids are sending to CSTR system for biogas production.
